About Us

Dr. Angie Mao, our Clinical Pharmacist, earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Southern California in 1989.  With over 20 years of experience as a Consultant Pharmacist in both retail and hospital pharmacies in the USA and in Hong Kong, Dr. Mao created HealthQuest, the first Holistic Pharmacy in Hong Kong, offering individual patients consultation by appointments. Her in depth knowledge and passion for the subject was acknowledged by the Chinese University in Hong Kong where she was invited to be the Course Director for the Master of Clinical Pharmacy Program.

All of our Health Specialists are proficient in guiding you towards better health through an individualized holistic approach. Instead of focusing on an illness or on specific parts of the body, this approach to health considers the whole person and how the individual interacts with their environment, using natural therapies which include botanical medicine, homeopathy, aromatherapy, vitamins and lifestyle counselling.
